Payment methods
Bank transfer (Europe, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey)
We have accounts in UK (GBP), Europe (EUR), USA (USD), Australia (AUD), and New Zealand (NZD) and can accept payments in the home currencies with only local transfer fees (usually free).
International bank transfers
We can accept payments in most currencies using SWIFT, International Wire, or ACH. The rate of exchange will be calculated on the day of invoicing.
PayPal (credit card)
Payment in most currencies can be made through our PayPal email address (supplied with invoice). Please note that all PayPal fees should be covered (usually around 6.5%) and will be added to the invoice as an additional charge.
Invoices and quotations
An invoice will be supplied with all work and will include relevant bank details and payment methods. The invoice, by default, is in CAD but can be supplied in any currency, displaying the rate of exchange used in the calculation. Formal quotations can also be supplied.
Payment terms
All invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt.
Further information
Documents can be supplied in advance of making a decision to edit to assess the quality of English.
Providing advance notice of when you would like to submit the work will assist in timetabling the editing.
We are happy to discuss all work over the phone/email both before and after completing the edit, in particular if there are changes/comments that we have made for which you would like further clarification.
Documents written in basic English that require significant enhancement, above and beyond the standard service, can also be edited. For this we would need to see the document in advance (even if it is not the final version) and an individual quote can be made.
